Stacey Sickler, DVM

Although raised in the outskirts of Chicago, horses have always been part of Dr. Sickler's life. Later, while attending undergraduate studies at the University of Connecticut, she first became exposed to Polo, which is still her equestrian activity of choice.

Dr. Sickler attended veterinary school at the University of Minnesota and served an internship at an eight doctor practice in Minnesota upon graduation. One year later, Stacey had experienced her fill of battery operated socks, snowblowers and gophers. She packed up her husband and dogs and headed back to Arizona.

Dr. Sickler is now fulfilling her life-long passion by caring for horses as Carefree Equine Veterinary Services, Inc. in the North Scottsdale area. She lives in Scottsdale with her husband, their son Jack, three dogs and three horses. During winter weekends you can almost always find her on the polo fields at West World.
